A Fantastic Evening at the Murray Sharp Foundation Gala
Last night, I had the absolute pleasure of performing at a truly meaningful event — the Murray Sharp Foundation charity evening, held at the stunning Radisson Blu Hotel in Glasgow.
It was one of those nights where everything just clicked: a beautiful venue, a great cause, and a room full of generous, engaged guests. The atmosphere was electric from the moment guests arrived, and the energy never dipped once the magic began.
With 40 tables packed into the ballroom, it was clear from the start that this was a large-scale event — and that’s exactly why I always recommend having multiple magicians for evenings like this.

Magic works best when it’s experienced up close, and with so many guests, one magician simply wouldn’t be able to give everyone. That’s why I brought in three of the finest professionals I know. Together, we ensured that every single person in the room saw live magic.
Massive thanks to the team for being incredibly professional, engaging, and absolutely smashing it on the night
Laughter, Fundraising & A Brilliant Host
The evening was brilliantly hosted by none other than Fred MacAulay — a Scottish comedy legend whose sharp wit and warm presence brought the entire night together. Between the entertainment, the auctions, and the heartfelt stories shared, the Murray Sharp Foundation raised a fantastic amount of money for their ongoing work — and it was great to be part of it.

Creating Magical Moments at Large Events
If you’re planning a large corporate or charity event, close-up magic is one of the most memorable ways to break the ice and bring people together. And when it’s done well — with a professional team of performers — it guarantees every guest gets to experience the magic personally.
