Edinburgh Fringe…

I’ve been performing a lot recently, entertaining many people all over Scotland (and the world).

At the moment though, I am working at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival as part of the team for a magic show called ‘Chris Dugdales – 2 Faced Deception’ . I get to entertain the crowd as they are queuing up before the show and I am also in charge of the magic shop. This is where I sell a few magic items before and after the show. I also help promote the show during the day, by handing out flyers and doing magic all over Edinburgh (usually the Royal Mile).

This is only my 4th day of working with the team and I’ve had a great time so far. I’ve learned a lot from just being around them and hanging out with the team, and I can’t wait to learn more, and enhance my magic skills.

As I have been so busy recently, it has made me realise that it is important to take days off, out of a busy schedule, to relax, and see friends and family. It can be easy to forget about the people around you, and they are the ones that are the most supportive, and the best audience!
